By placing an order with GreenFlag Instituut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

  • Coaching and consulting services

 

Due to the nature of these products and services, all purchases are considered final, subject to applicable law.

 


 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

 

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.


However, for digital products:


By completing your purchase, you expressly:

 

  • Consent to immediate delivery of digital content

  • Acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal

 

in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.


For services:


If a service has begun with your prior consent before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been performed.

 


 

4. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

 

  • Refunds are generally not provided

  • All purchases are final, unless otherwise required by law


Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.

 


 

5. Failed Payments & Chargebacks

 

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.


In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including:

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Failure to access a product due to:

  • Failure to check spam or junk folders

  • Lack of required software or internet access

 

does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

  • Success depends on individual effort and external factors
